HS_Youth Circuit Series_220x210-7_Page_2We’ve been talking about it for ages, and the Hillingdon round of the British Cycling National Youth Circuit Series is almost upon us. Sunday the 17th July 2016 is going to be a busy day, and if you haven’t seen it yet, visit this section of the website for everything you need to know. Live updates will be posted on Twitter and on this page here, so do keep referring back to these for all the latest news.

A few notes ahead of Sunday…

  • There is training as usual for Slipstreamers on Saturday the 16th July – refer to your newsletter and Twitter for the latest updates on this.
  • Be sure you are prepared for Sunday if you are registered to race for the National Series, or are taking part in the morning support races for U8/U10/U12. Support races will have on-the-day registration available, so if you fancy this do come along on Sunday. All the important information you need to know about Sunday is in the programme, so please download and read this so you are clear on what to expect, timings, etc.
  • Slipstreamers Parent/ Young Volunteers: If you are volunteering for us on Sunday, please click this link here to register online and help the admin team with the allocation of tasks. Any time you can spare – even for an hour – will be put to good use!
  • The Met Police bike marking team will be in attendance throughout Sunday morning until 12.30pm, so do bring your bikes along to be security marked if you are interested. They will be visiting the Club again in August and September, so Slipstreamers who miss out this Sunday rest assured there will be further opportunities to add your bikes to the police database.

And finally

… the weather forecast is looking positive, and we are expecting a warm sunny day on Sunday. Remember the sun lotion, bring some cash for food and refreshments, and do read our helpful tips in the Rider Resources section to ensure you have a happy, stress free day.

Keep an eye on Twitter and the Nationals page for the latest updates, and of course if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
