Slipstreamers Training Workshop 4 (of 4): Race Preparation – Avoiding the Exploding Kit Bag + Group Four’s Turbo Session

This week is all about being organised + putting in action the turbo session for a road race specialist as designed by Group 4. Keep an eye on the important announcements section in the News Hub for further details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Places are limited and must be registered via the usual signon@ email address, or at the sign-on desk on Saturday. The workshop is limited to ages 10 and upwards because of the focus on classroom work. Bring your own turbo trainer, but spares are available – let us know if you wish to borrow one.
