Your bike hire fee includes fixing any issues; so if something breaks or isn’t working as it should when you hire a bike, please tell the mechanics. You will not get into trouble and last time we checked, they don’t bite and are a genuinely friendly bunch! But more importantly, safety of the riders who hire their bikes is of paramount importance, so if you tell them there is an issue (no matter how small), they will know what to fix in order to ensure the safety of the next rider who hires that very same bike.
