Monday Night Workshops start again this year on Monday 9th November – a lot earlier than we did earlier this year. We will open the clubhouse at 18:45 to allow you time to sign-on and set up your turbo.
No need to book in advance, just turn up with:
- A notebook and pen
- Your bike
- Your turbo – don’t worry if you don’t have a turbo – we can let you borrow one!
- A water bottle
- A towel – you will sweat – a lot!
- Post-workout protein snack or shake
- Dry clothes for going home in
Starting at 19:00 we will have a varied collection of workshop topics for you to take part in – they are not too long – and are aimed at helping you set and get the most from your cycling goals. You must be aged 10 or over to take part. The sign-on cost is the same as last year – a session fee of £5.
During the sessions you will learn about how training affects the body, and how to get the most from your Winter Training. Each evening will finish with a coach led Turbo Session. You will even get the chance to design your own turbo sessions to address a specific training area – and then get other riders to try it out.
