Event Report by George Fowkes, U12 Member

“I really enjoyed taking part in the Capital to Coast charity bike ride. I rode sixty miles and raised over four hundred pounds still coming in for Norwood and Down’s Syndrome Association.

We started by the London Eye which was great to cycle through London. The route was brilliant. The toughest climb of the ride was Devil’s Dyke with a steep 153m incline which I loved and managed to cycle up without stopping! My best bit was when I raced off and left my parents behind! I could see the sea in my sight! It was epic I got a medal and a goodie bag.”

Well done George – thank you for your excellent report!
