We recently published feedback from Anastasia and Jemma on the recent Monday night training workshop & turbo sessions – and now we hear from another regular to the sessions.
Tom Stringer Reports…
“The first Monday, we all walked through the club house door and set up our turbo trainers, and then we went into the classroom. We were told by Dave through a slide show of what you needed for each type of cycling. Then we were given a discipline of cycling: my group was given road cycling, then we made a 20 minute turbo session on our discipline of cycling. There were three groups.
That Monday night we did group one, then the next Monday night we did group two, then then next one we did our group which was group three. The week after that Ralph gave us a turbo session he had made, which was very hard. Each week before we did the turbo session we were briefed on a thing to do with cycling.
I found these sessions so fun and would love to do more of them in the future. I think I have improved since I went to the sessions.
