June 2014 Assessment Results – A Note from Your Coaches…
The standard continues to be VERY high. We are getting better and better the more we practice. All of our work on gears, group riding and endurance is paying off. We can see riders working harder, attending the early sessions – and this is absolutely paying off! Bronzes – you all did great! All the Silver 2’s did well. A high standard is being achieved and everyone who rode on Saturday who hasn’t passed 10 laps, gears and group riding yet has now.Particularly well done to Jack Gleeson and Jack O’Sullivan (the 2 Jack’s) – they were both dropped from their different groups but both managed to get back on!! That shows determination and fitness – Chapeaux (hats off)!!
Overall – we are very pleased with your progress and look forward to welcoming you back to the next Assessment Block which starts on Saturday (see the timetable below for details). For those of you who don’t see your name on the list, don’t be disheartened and most importantly, please don’t give up! Find your coaches and they will give you some feedback on how and where to improve.
